12               Republicans               and               1               Democrat               signed               a               lawsuit               against               the               U.S.

departments               of               Health               and               Human               services,               Treasury               and               Labor               in               effort               to               fight               the               health               care               bill               before               the               ink               dries.

The               federal               government               action               of               change               interferes               with               the               rightful               state               decision               amongst               the               law               that               gives               the               state               full               access               and               control               over               certain               services               and               no               access               or               control               over               others.

The               states               suing               over               the               health               care               bill               has               a               plan               or               their               own.

The               first               point               of               attack               lands               in               the               "individual               mandate"               corner.
To               fine               an               individual               for               lack               of               health               insurance               proves               that               the               human               body               in               health               could               be               of               trade               value               in               commerce.

The               Constitution               does               not               give               the               United               States               the               power               under               mandate               since               a               human               body               is               not               considered               "commerce"               by               any               means.
Another               angle               would               land               in               the               states               law               concerning               Medicaid.

Both               by               which               would               brew               the               Constitution               outside               of               it's               rights.

Each               state               operates               certain               services,               including               their               own               Medicaid               system.

Upon               signing               the               health               care               bill               into               law               the               control               has               been               shifted               to               federal               level               ignoring               the               state               governing               law.
Florida,               South               Carolina,               Michigan,               Alabama,               Nebraska,               Texas,               Utah,               Pennsylvania,               South               Dakota,               Louisiana,               Idaho,               Colorado,               and               Washington               are               involved               in               the               quest               to               turn               the               health               care               bill               onto               it's               back.
View               the               lawsuit               in               PDF               as               offered               by               MSNBC.
               I'm               Just               A               Bill
The               Senate               debate               on               reform               is               said               to               last               until               Thursday               night,               again,               according               to               MSNBC.

This               is               considered               the               health               care               bill's               final               operation               whereas               the               Republicans               will               go               inside,               arrange               and               fix               any               issues               they               see,               present               the               bill               back               to               the               House               for               a               final               approval.

The               health               care               bill               fight               is               not               over               just               yet.

But               what               are               we               looking               at               thus               far?
Medicare               will               suffer               cuts               and               premiums               will               rise               through               the               new               health               care               bill               process               to               name               a               couple               cons               to               the               new               health               care               overhaul.
Obama               suggests               that               he               will               free               up               $1               trillion               in               deficit               though               the               amount               of               this               change               totals               $940               trillion.

It               will               take               940               years               just               to               break               even               if               we               do               nothing               at               all.

But               paying               nothing               is               not               in               the               plan.
As               Obama               dedicated               the               historical               signature               to               his               mother               and               Ted               Kennedy               31               million               uninsured               Americans               begin               to               prepare               to               either               be               fined               for               a               lack               of               health               insurance               or               smile               thinking               they               will               be               offered               a               free               health               care               ride.

One               thing               is               true,               nothing               is               free.
What               does               this               new               law               mean               to               Native               Americans?
Being               a               supporter               of               Indian               Health               Care               Improvement               Act               (IHCIA)               I               couldn't               be               more               pleased.

Now               Indians               do               not               have               to               fight               for               authorization               in               health               care               every               year,               it's               here               to               stay.

Here               to               stay.

However,               the               Indian               Health               Care               Service               has               always               been               under               funded.

And               now               that               this               health               care               bill               has               passed               with               a               $940               trillion               trench               to               fill               it's               questionable               whether               or               not               the               Indians               would               be               provided               better               care               or               funds.

Remember,               they               only               received               a               break               on               yearly               requests.
Obama's               health               care               bill               offers               promises               of               not               being               canceled               from               a               policy               when               you               get               sick,               kids               up               to               26               can               remain               on               parent's               policies,               senior               citizens               getting               affordable               prescription               drugs.

Hold               the               phones,               review               the               terminally               ill               section               of               the               health               care               bill               fully.

There               are               some               questionable               conditions.

It               used               to               be               that               kids               up               to               23               can               be               on               parent's               health               care               coverage,               that's               only               a               three               year               difference.

Nothing               to               jump               about.

And               affordable               prescription               drugs               for               senior               citizens?
Medicare               for               senior               citizens               will               take               a               hit               through               cuts               only               to               be               told               that               recipients               can               afford               prescriptions               at               lower               cost               when               Walmart               already               offers               great               generics               at               lower               prices               and               affordable               deals.

Cuts               and               fillers,               give               to               take               away,               there's               no               true               benefit               for               Medicare               in               the               end.

A               trick               that               can               emulate               a               gift,               an               offering,               but               with               conditional               cuts.
The               medical               field               will               be               copiously               in               future               demand.

A               different               doctor               and               nurse               upon               each               visit               is               an               obvious               future               path               America               will               face.

You               might               as               well               post               your               conditions               and               normal               behavioral               pattern               on               a               bulletin               board               for               the               next               shift               to               view.
2200               pages               of               specific               wording               that               most               would               not               understand,               but               give               it               a               shot.

Even               though               today               Obama               signs               the               health               care               bill               approving               only               900               plus               pages,               the               rest               will               be               signed               soon               enough.

Money               does               not               grow               from               trees,               especially               $940               trillion.

Question               is,               will               the               latest               lawsuit               stop               the               financial               health               insurance               ax               from               falling               upon               you               and               will               you               receive               good               health               care               coverage?
View               the               government               health               care               bill               through               Ways               and               Means.
